A longtime resident of Delaware, Shelley holds a degree in accounting from Wilmington University and works as Vice President of Benz Hydraulics.  She also has experience as a finance manager for an international corporation.

As a co-founder of the Youth Sports Institute of Delaware and Coastal Atlantic Futbol Club, Shelley's dedication to the advancement of youth sports motivates her to make CAFC the best place for every young soccer player to develop on and off the field.
